★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had pre ordered pizzas worth RM700 for a school function the next day. When I went to pick them up at the agreed time, they were not ready. On top of that, when I tried to get them to my students, I was very dissatisfied because most of the boxes did not have labels. It was difficult to distribute to the students. This is my 3rd year experience making big orders at pizza hut Alor Gajah. This time the service was rather disappointing ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irritating attitude by the fair skin female staff. I was there to purchase pizza. When I first came in no other customer was there. So myself & husband were allowed to come in to make order. Unfortunately, we were not even completed our order, one of us was chase out rudely by the fair skin female staff. This is the 2nd time time happened. Previously it happen to one of the customer who wish to reconfirm his order but he was also rudely chase out by this girl. Hope PHD Mgnt will take note on this issue
