★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online for delivery. Staff will call for delivery timing. Pizzas delivered were in good condition and still warm. Pizzas were well made. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bandar baru outlet very slow each time we go need to wait so long and I don't know wat the staff doing there . Of not mistaken they have lot of staff ...n the staff very rude n not helpful ...especially staff at cashier ...I think pizza hut need to train them on customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read below/earlier reviews which shows the services here never improve at all during my visit.
- Had to wait 1hour just to get my mushroom soup ready. They informed its being cooked which took so long.
- Price on the menu is different versus what the cashier charged me. When I got back my change, realized I was overcharged. Luckily cross-checked the receipt vs menu at the counter, which the cashier gave me back RM3.++ prices differences.
- Garlic bread not available to order was replaced with mushroom soup. Then saw a customer collected his garlic bread. When enquired the staff said 'garlic bread is only for online orders not for walk-in customers. My combo suppose to have 2 garlic bread & 2 soups. In the end I got 4 soups instead, as a replacement for the 2 garlic breads. And had to wait 1hour for the soup to be ready! This including other customers as well.
- Many staffs but servcies way too slow. Don't know what everyone is doing. When they know/realise the soup is finishing soon the suppose to start cooking to replenish it not wait till the pot becomes empty then start cooking. Customers/Food delivery guys are waiting for hours.
The pizza taste was not great, the chicken wings were not properly cooked, soups has got thick powders balls in it.
Regret going to this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ plsssssssssssss hire more staff,waiting at counter to order itself is taking so long(basically there wont be anyone at the counter,you have to wait for them to appear)
let alone the fact you need to wait 40mins+ to get your order done!!!
its a well doing place so why don't hire more staff
whatsoever,we need good service pls!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire restaurant is like a madhouse, the staff is not dedicated to perform, extremely loud laughter among staff with absence of operation supervision, have absolutely not a pleasant dining experience. It took more than 35 minutes to receive a dine-in food in takeaway packaging. I don't need to go further to discuss the composition of the staff, you and I know what I am referring to
