★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst Pizza Hut I've ordered on and I've ordered from several other branch. Order my pickup at 5:35pm and they called me at 8pm telling me that I "forget" to pick up my pizza even tho they didn't call me that it was done.
The excuse was that I should have knowned to pick up my pizza and they were too busy to call me. What kind of service is this? How am I suppose to know when it's done? So I'm suppose to care if they are busy. How about me? Do they care if I'm busy too that I don't have to investigate when my pizza is done?
