★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered through their website, set for evening delivery at 2pm. the time arrived, pizza hasnt come and decided to check the pizza tracker on website. it says completed but there was nothing, no phone calls anything. called their customer service, took 5 minutes to pick up and handled me. says there is an order for me and the manager of the branch will call me for an update. waited 30 minutes no calls. I called the customer service twice again, the first time they picked up but instead of handling me i hear voices of the service agent chatting among themselves for 5 minutes while i was on the phone listening to them. the 2nd time they picked up and immediately hang up on me. pizza arrives an hour and half later. worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the service given by your staff. Although, I'd recommend finding more crews to help in the kitchen and front desk. I pity your cashier gotta finish order and take order at the same time, at least provide a runner so that cashier won't have to ask kitchen crew to help. Provide better working environment for your staff. Nonetheless, keep up the good work & thanks for the kind service!
