★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They priorities the delivery order rather than dine-in customer. One set of combo took one hour to deliver, which is ridiculous. The staff a bit rude, which ruin my mood of tolerances for the late services. It makes me think that this pizza franchise for service quality has decreased,as this is not the first branch I'm having problems with.

We reminded him/her not to behave that way especially in customers' presence.
Should we come back in future?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Was informed that the drink in the set was not available, need to change to another drink. But after we pay the bill, only realised that the drink was being charged. When we asked for refund, they rejected us and said can only replace with one ice-cream, not even the drink itself. And we were told to better check the bill before we pay. We left without any replacement and no apologize from the staff. Terrible service!
