Its horrible. the girl at the counter today was so rude. the waitress just put the qr code on the table and go. didn't explain nothing. this ph is only good for the school students who don't care about services. train your staff. I dont come here to eat for free

β β β β β Been there 2 times and both the waiters that take order not friendly at all. Order have been taken wrongly as well. The extra cheese taste sour. Overall this pizza hut is bad in service.

β β β β β The staff Counter very no manners,if you order food here and pick up yourself,please check properly ur order is correct or not,cos they will give less.i will say that becos when i take food that time i did not check,after back home take out the food is less.if people order grab or foodpanda less food how.

This is my First time ,leave a bad review..
Inhospitable.Bad customer service :( .. (a malay girl cashier/waitress)she didnβt wear her name tag so I am not able to provide her name.
-she spotted me earlier at the pizzahut entrance ,and I waited her to serve me (as now have to check my sejahtera before walk in ) but she acted like she didnt see me (+ I was carrying my toddler nephew ) so I tot mayb she ws too busy to serve me ..but in the end she just come out and check my sejahtera in an unfriendly manner
-short tempered
-asked for a baby chair and she didnt help me to take it so I have to take it by myself (while I carrying my toddler nephew)
-my mom asked for a new plate as the plate that she gave is oily ,but she just pointed the plate section so my mom have to take it by herself ..
-throwing temper to customer not only me
-not happy while cleaning table keep making noise like dragging the chair etc.
-didnβt serve food (kitchen staff serve us)
Thereβs only two tables of customer while I walk in so I am not sure why she is so unpleasant to work
Really spoiled me n my mom mood :(
But food is good , But the service need to improve. (Especially when you are cashier or waitress/manager position )
P/S:the only friendly staff is the Indian girl (kitchen staff)

β β β β β If i may give 0 stars. I will. If I make 10 orders to any PH in Seremban, 9 out of it will be messed up. Ordered 1 large beef pepperoni and 1 regular aloha pizza last night. What we got was garbage/ maybe leftover from someone dining in. Picture for reference. Oh and also, please educate your staffs to know their menus. Difference of Aloha Chicken and Chicken Pepperoni. Such a disappointment. Over and over again.
