★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager/supervisor (other staff called him "sir") was very sarcastic and rude. He was impatient when taking order. Also when i asked him to take away my untouched pizza, he said "satu-satu ye!". How should i know that you were attending to other customers needs? Even so, you shouldn't have said that. A simple, "kejap ye kak" would do. My 12 yo also heard him cursed while he was talking to other staff, i believe complaining about other customers. So, will never eat here again. We rather go to other branches or even eat at other pizza places which have more friendly environment and hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was not full, even though its a Saturday night. However the staff succeeded in giving the worst service I've ever had in a Pizza Hut.
- 25mins after ordering - no drinks, no soup, nothing
- 30mins - soups arrived, and they were 80% water
- we got our first pizza but it was the wrong one.
- salad and pasta carbonara was good
- 2 pizzas came so we wolfed them down bcus we hungry & waited for the other 2 pizzas.
- the staff who took our other came a few mins later asking us 'cik order 4 pizzas eh? Yg flavor lagi 2 tu apa eh?' turns out he didnt keyed in our 2 extra pizzas despite i heard him saying 'ok so 4 pizza eh?' when he was taking our order.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE EVER FROM PIZZA HUT. Staff did not service well. We did not get all of our orders. Staff just seat in the table borak-borak eventhough there are table need to be clean. We took our own plate, fork and spoon by our self. I refuse to pay as i did not get all my order. We only get our soup and ice cream at the check out counter and the manager give me an extra mushroom soup to take away. For what?? Hilang selera, ruined our dinner night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is the best! Food really freshly cooked and taste better than another branch near me.. But my comments only applied for people with patience in waiting the meal order.. Coz I dont care if I need to wait around 30 minutes for the best meal since Im paying for the food
