β β β β β Most of the people just want to know about the service that the staff going to give them. I think this is one of the best pizza hut branch so far because it's very fast but probably cause there's not so much customer hehe. And I can tell, this branch serving better pizza than the one in One Utama. Last few last week ago, I ordered the same pizza in One Utama but this one tasted better.. what's your secret ? ?

β β β β β Biggest disappointment in my life when i dined here today. In 1988 when i came back from overseas, this old school restaurant used to be nice and friendly place. But today around 5.30pm, my wife and I dined in n also wanted to order take-away. An old 'aunty' supervisor or senior staff snatched the dine in menu from my wife saying this is for dining in n that menu is for take-away. My wife told her that we ARE DINING IN and also want to order take-away! Didn't realise that happened bcos I was looking for a table that time. So we ordered our meal combo and I noticed she was very impatient not just moody... i looked around there were only 8 customers dining in not even a full house. The food came n we were unhappy with their service. So we changed our mind in planning to order take away. So do u think u deserve the 10% service charge u imposed on us? And the air-con is so weak like u cutting cost on electricity. I was practically sweating at the table and the food is not even spicy hot n I'm sweating. Sorry as a resident of TTDI since 1977, I will no longer be stepping foot in this Pizza Hut TTDI restaurant anymore. U gave us sh!tty service n made me regret coming here.

β β β β β This Pizza Hut restaurant has been at TTDI for a long time. Many patrons in the area grew with it. Despite competition from Domino's and several other franchises. This restaurant has held its ground. Its location and visibility are its advantages. Pizza Hut chain has not been creatively tasty in its menu. It is the first pizza chain in the country.

β β β β β Its a fairly managed branch, but there is still room for improvement especially on the number of staff.
I went there on a weekend they were only 2 girls present serving the customers, might i add minimum of 4-5 tables. The girls were very friendly and tried to be attentive, but i pity them as they have to be moving non stop delivering food, taking orders & going to the counter for payment and takeaway.
In terms of the food everything were at par and almost similar to other pizza hut ?

β β β β β Disliked the service by a waitress here who was very clumsy in serving food (she almost poured our mushroom soup) and was also very rude to the customers.Mind you,we are paying for the food and service.What's the point of paying the service charge if I don't get the proper service? The food was decent but was disappointed with the service by a waitress who worked on 1st May 2022(Sunday)

β β β β β By far, the most rubbish pizza prepared by a Pizza Hut branch. I am thoroughly disappointed with not only the clear lack of customer service when taking my order (which i often forgive), but also the outrageous result of a pizza supposedly prepared by trained persons in the making of pizzas (unacceptable). I ordered two large (hand-stretch), one regular (hand-stretch), three sets of deli wings.
Spent altogether RM72.30
That money would have been better off rolled into a tobacco for a smoke. Literally burning money right? I would have derived better satisfaction from that than your pathetic excuse for a pizza. Shame on you lots!!!
In addition to that, even the deli wings was rubbish. That was a lousy dinner that I just wanted to treat the family for a Sunday dinner. What a letdown!!!
Edit :- This was a takeaway, so I was only able to inspect the pizza quality upon reaching home. (And well, MCO right?)
