Mereka terus cancel order saya kerana outside delivery zone, tapi tak buat apa apa untuk transfer ke branch yang lain untuk buat order saya. Dekat saya sudah ada beberapa pizza hut. Tapi mereka biar saya tunggu je. Tak akan makan pizza hut lagi.
 If there is an empty star, I will give an empty star. They kept canceling my order because it was outside the delivery zone, but they didn't do anything to transfer it to another branch to make my order. Near me there are already several pizza huts. But they let me just wait. Will never eat pizza hut again.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there with my family, dining in. Later on ordered 6 pcs of chicken wings for take away. And 15 minutes later ordered another 6 pcs chicken wings for take away so in total it's 12 pcs. A plastic bag were brought to us and a chubby waiter confirmed it's 12 pcs.
Paid for the meal, went down the lift and opened up the take away plastic bag. Just as I thought, it was only 6 pcs. Went back to the Pizza Hut outlet and quickly called the waiter who served us. The chubby waiter denied he confirmed it was 12 pcs. I demanded to see the manager and guess what? A bag was already waiting for us in the hands of the manager and she passed the bag to us. No apologies, no nothing and from her face I can tell that she was disappointed that we found out we were shortchanged.
Manager Izzatul, you and your staff needs to be honest with your customers. Good timely servicing and good food, but this experience has ruined your image. I won't be visiting this outlet anymore and I will surely spread the word.
