★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Always problem with the 2coach train.. no aircond/ac. Hot and humid in crowded mean DISEASES are spreading such as TUBERCULOSIS..Peak hour still use 2coach train. 20years services doesnt mean anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The punctuality of the bus is really terrible. I have tried to compared the utilization in 10 years back. It seems like no increment of people using the bus line. I think there are a few reasons. People have to wait for more than 30 minutes or even one hour. Besides, the bus is not punctual on time. With the current technology - apps, I believe there is no excuse for a bus to be not punctual and it can be updated online so passenger won't waste our time. I would say the bad cycle of less passengers' utilization and lazy drivers to serve has just become rotation and it has never got improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysia bus system has yet to be improved. Bus not punctual. Not too frequent bus. It does not stop at the designated place for people to get on. Taking a taxi is more worth your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service bus service very bad bad & bad. All the Bus also very Old & smelly. Like me Those who lives in Kuala Lumpur we Neve ever expected the way they run the operation go on. Either u please updated Your system or at least maintained properly. However my experience are Very Bad. The next bus come after every 1 Hour late. Crazy things i ever saw in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in KL. The service attitude of the subway station and bus staff is extremely poor. We are so far away that we don’t know how to ask for directions. Can’t ask how to get there? People in KL can’t ask for directions, so just say I don’t need it. Ask KL to a pole?????????????
