(I bring phone to this shop been con by technician malay uncle)
Monday:
Me: boss fon ini boleh repair? Sim tak detect.
Boss: ini boleh senang jer. Rm100.
Me: boleh discount tak?
Boss: tak boleh. Esok siap.
Tuesday
Me: boss fon sudah?
Boss: belum lagi. Malam datang.
Night
Me: boss fon sudah siap?
Boss: belum lagi. Esok esok.
Thursday
Me: boss, fon sudah siap?
Boss: senyum senyum. Sudah repair tapi tak boleh on.
Me: bile boleh?
Boss: esok esok saya cuma cari spare part.
Sat morning go no open. Sms ask he say esok again.
Next week monday.
Me: boss fon sudah siap?
Boss: belum lagi. Esok esok.
Me: sudah lama oh. Belum lagi ker?
Boss: belum lagi. Ini susah cari spare part.
Me: kalau encik tak boleh repair bagi saya tahu. Saya boleh cari orang lain. Fon bagi awah repair sampai tak boleh on. (Suspect repair until rosak)
Boss: (naik angin) sekarang hampir siap. Awah langsung tak bagi chance. ini budak cakap tak faham. Susuh betul. Saya tak mahu cakap dengan dia. U cakap dengan dia (his colleague budak kecil).
Kid: Walk to me. Esok.
Me: betul ker esok?
Kid: esok.
(Me was no angry him. I was feel sad why he talk like that. I was customer and i talk very low sound and feel like i hutang him)
Back home and make a sms. Tell him kata tak bagi chance. Sekarang bagi chance. Esok saya datang.
Boss reply: yes sir.
Esok sampai 6.30pm reach.
Boss: belum lagi. 8.30pm
Me: silent and drive back. I give up the phone. Until now he also no call or sms me.
Anyway to report and tell more people cheat repair technician?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a shop that not only cheats their clients by changing your phones internal parts and/or remove certain screws and plates without your knowledge, look no further! The person who does the repairs was also rude and inconsiderate. I came here to change my iPhone 5's LCD and front camera replaced which would take 15 minutes but what they did was made me wait for 5 hours! Apparently they were uneasy about my curious eyes. How could I not be curious when they were taking apart my whole phone without telling me why. To change the LCD, you only need to open the front panel. Then my worst fears came to life when all the internal parts were taken apart. Some replaced with god knows what replacements. Screws and plates were missing. Mind you I asked for my phone after 2 hours of waiting and they ignored me. I even said I'll do it myself but the guy who did the repairs not only ignored me but also went out whenever he wanted. He even repaired other customers phones (they came hours after me) before finishing mine. Before giving me back my phone only did he tell me that my front camera was broken. I never could understand why he didn't tell me earlier. I checked my internals there and then. A lot of parts were missing. When I confronted the guy, he didn't even apologize. He just put the parts and even gave the wrong screws like it wasn't a problem. Word of advise. Don't come here.
