 PJ homes don't embarrass Putrajaya's good name… as a Flora Rosa buyer I'm quite disappointed with the results of the PJHomes project

Walaubagaimanapun, setelah membeli projek Flora Rosa, saya kecewa dengan Putrajaya Holding. Projek Flora Rosa masih tak siap walaupon dah keluar surat VP handover pada Mac 2022… Flora Rosa dikategorikan sebagai projek sakit.. Kondominium berharga setengah juta seakan apartment biasa sahaja binaannya…
Saya call agent tak angkat, whatsapp tak balas…
Saya serik nak beli projek PJ Homes… langsung tak berbaloi untuk dimiliki..
As a civil servant, I was initially proud to buy a Putrajaya Holding… project house.
However, after buying the Flora Rosa project, I was disappointed with Putrajaya Holding. The Flora Rosa project is still not ready even though the VP handover letter was issued in March 2022… Flora Rosa is categorized as a sick project .. A condominium worth half a million looks like an ordinary apartment…
I didn't pick up the call agent, whatsapp didn't reply…
I really want to buy the PJ Homes project… it's not worth owning at all ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PJ Homes buat marketing projek Flora Rosa guna artis terkenal… tetapi akhirnya jadi projek sakit…. Pembeli tunggu dari tahun 2017 dan Beli rumah setengah juta tetapi hasil macam rumah 300k sahaja… finishing ruang pejalan kaki hanya guna simen dan bukannya tile… umpama rumaj apartment murah
PJ Homes marketed the Flora Rosa project using a famous artist… but ended up being a sick project…. Buyers wait from 2017 and buy a house for half a million but the result is like a house of 300k only… finishing the walkway only uses cement and not tile… like a cheap apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tnggu lama rumah flora rosa nak siap. Since 2017. And yet the quality, the finishing, the facilities are sooo dissapointing. I wonder why other projects like aura and tamara can be done nicely unlike flora rosa. Please do something abt this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed the way Pjhomes handing over flora rosa. Very poor workmanship & poor quality. Too many defects. Not ready to hand over actually. Contractor still do works here & there.
