Nice workmanship from Ah Seng and team. Very good service from them and do as commit. Glad that I chose PJM for my roofing. Highly recommended. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i m not sure how is their service yet as my house roof still waiting for their repair. but i m unsatisfy with their time management, i made appointment 2 weeks ago for morning time to do repair and the day before they call me and ask can come to do 1 day earlier and i had reject due to nobody at home and i need to took leave. and on the day, they only let me know their staff only can come on afternoon which they didnt inform me earlier and it made me frustrated as i had arrange my time and schedule purposely for this. Pls do have a good time management for your staff. Dont simply change ppl time and wasting ppl time

They took pictures from many angles to make sure, client understand the damage. Excellent service pre - during - post service. Highly recommended.

They did call back to give solutions however i still not sure whether the issue will be resolve and will update here if my leak issue had been sort out.
17/5: I dont know how good is their service to others. But to me I have doubt. As I use their service in end of March and end of April my roof leak again and it seems problem not solve. They appointment also is very last minute to inform you to come to fix like I no need work and standby 24 hours for them to come. Although they give warranty, they did come after very hard arrangement with them in May. They didn't solve the issue but the person who deal with me say they already fix it and didn't check back with their team. The problem is the first group people who come n fix the roof and 2nd group of people who come n check are totally different ppl. And than no communication between them and assume things had sort out.

Special thanks to Mr. Caesar Foo for attending to all my queries, explaining the repair works in detail & following-up occasionally together with his team to ensure that all the leaking issues (roof flashing above master bedroom, roof tiles/plaster ceiling at car porch & cement flooring at water tank area) have been resolved completely. The after-sales service rendered was also very satisfactory, whereby the team would still drop-by to settle some minor leaking issues even after full payment has been made. It has been at least 6 months+ since the roof repair was completed last year... with no more leaks even after the continuous torrential downpours which caused the worst flood disaster in history last month (December 2021). So glad that I came across PJM's webpage & engaged their service, as the leaking issues (same areas) were not resolved properly by 3 other contractors hired previously. Thumbs up for the reliable & professional job done!

I guess the time I call, they were busy with other work so I had to follow up on the appointment. Their guys came and checked the area required repairs and came up with detailed report. The price was reasonable and the quality of work is really good & professionally done. Will definitely engage them again for all roof related works. Thanks
