Friendly and highly efficient service by the staff at counter 4 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the newly minted EPF branch office and was pleasantly surprised with the overall ambiance, the industrial look which was in stark contrast to the normal government office staple. Very efficient, friendly and helpful personnel all round from greeter to customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad to see EPF/KWSP Petaling Jaya is conveniently located at Menara PJX. It's next to AmCorp Mall and directly opposite A&W / LRT Taman Jaya.
EPF / KWSP is on the ground floor and easily accessible. You can drop people off directly at the entrance. Car Park is easily available at the outdoor Amcorp Mall carpark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance from Amcorp Mall, you may park at Amcorp Mall open car park and walk over. Very fast anf efficient service, many assistants around to guide you, total 16 of service counter, I didn't even have to wait once I filled up the form and get the number. Thumbs up!
