I actually got my property BEFORE the 3 months were up, compared to my friend who actually bought his property before me, but using a "cheaper" lawyer, waited 8 months to complete his transaction. Highly highly recommended!

I bought my first property WITHOUT engaging her, that was when my nightmare started - non responsive law firm, delay in communication, lack of clarity of what is needed from me, the list goes on. My friend who bought a sub-sale property too 1 week after me and he used Christine's service, he got to stay at his new place 10 MONTHS ahead of me! Not only all the frustrations and upset I got from the law firm I engaged, I needed to move out from the house I stayed (end of tenancy) and rent a room because of the delay.
My second property, I quickly engaged Christine. And NO MATTER HOW COMPLECATED the situation is, she has got everything settled, best thing - she is the one who updated me on all the progress before I remembered to check in with her. She also made effort to explain to me anything that I wasn't sure about too. Great peace of mind! 5 STAR for Christine!!
