The workshop staffs needs to be more alert for customer's tools / things after have arrange for fix parts.

Insurance claims car repair panel shop, lots of cars. But customers not allowed to enter premises due to MCO, but outside no fan no seatings! Need to improve on that.

repair speed is slow.. office admin always give standard answer, unless you manage to get the supervisor. the supervisor is very helpful

Bad customer service. Only reason im here cause they are insurance panel. Please do not waste your time here.

Very bad service, i have to send my car due to insurance panel, my fog lamp cover not yet receive until now, almost more than 3 week already. And when i received the car, inside the car was dirty, scratch. There is 1 time i go there, i saw the workers slammed customer door.

Sent my car here for repair (post-accident) as it’s a panel workshop. Long story short, please check the bill/receipt once they hand over the car to you. In my case, they claimed for things that they did not even provide/do. Example, they claimed they replaced the plate number but they did not. Confronted them and their excuse was..”terlupa”. Also, they just “ketuk” the old bonnet but claimed they replaced it with new one. This one i just realized once got home. Quite a hassle to go back there to argue. My advice, please cross check the receipt once you got your car.

Old story, now only review, long story short: Evoque got into accident, front driver door got ram by myvi. Insurance covered replacement door (half cut bodypart) due to Evoque more than 3 years, mechanic informed that if wish to replace brand new door, need to topup 10% of the door price which is about RM 2k. Agreed to change halfcut part so no need to top up RM 2k. Also told mechanic to check on the suspected coolant leakage issue since we notice coolant/liquid on both side (left and right). After inspection, mechanic reported the leakage was due to coolant container/housing wear out. He said there is no way to stop the leakage other than change the whole housing, quoted me RM 600 for housing, RM 300 for workmanship. I gave greenlight since the car was already there and from seeing all the continental cars in the workshop, i expected good result from this shop. Several days later, mechanic told the repair was done and i can go pick up the car. Went there and mechanic open car hood to show me part changed, i asked whether there is still leakage in other side, he replied he done pressure testing and there is no more leaking. I proceed to sign document, and drove that Evoque back to Perak, but only facing engine overheat and breakdown in Rawang R&R (N). Engine was overheated, smoking due to no more coolant, temperature detection fail as this car need to measure temperature by measuring coolant. No coolant mean no measurement. I emergency stop the car in R&R as i smell smokes from aircond and the car had slight jerk occasionally. Called insurance for towing, insurance agent urged me to send back to this shop since last repair. Sent to shop, mechanic pop the hood up, pump in water at the coolant housing, straightaway water come out at a main pipe next to engine. Huge leakage from the pipe, just infront of our eye. Asked mechanic again why they couldnt saw this leakage in the beginning as it is not somewhere deep or under engine, and how come they can claim they done proper pressure testing and such huge leakage is there and they cant see. I couldnt get any explanation other than they insisted they checked. I fed up and ask him to check and solve the issue. At that time i was quite angry as they charge RM 300 for workmanship before and such error can come out. I just want to fix the car soon. After a week, mechanic called and said they cant fix it, ask me to send the car to one from of him. When ask quotation he said will cost around RM 40k for engine change and no guarantee can be fix after the engine change since the engine will be source from halfcut shop. I immediately reject the suggestion and tow the car back to Perak for my friend to fix it. The Evoque had been fixed, sacrifice around 5 months time to proper fix it. Im glad the cost was not anywhere near RM 40k i been quoted by this shop. The reason i choose to give a review here and relive that nightmare is because i just found out the front driver door i suppose to get a replacement of whole door, were only been reshape, paste on the dent and repaint. The pasting job not up to par so after one year the paste slowly budge out. Please do avoid this shop unless you can be constantly monitor the workmanship, also their pricing was not cheaper than other continental car workshop, about the same, so choose wisely.
