Good and fast service

Unprofessional and dishonest shop. I sent them my bike to find out a short circuit that kills the battery overnight, but before that, I used a multimeter to test the parasitic draw on the battery. I found out that the draw is located on "fuse 1 circuit". I let them know that there is an issue on that line (corresponding to ignition/EFI/Instrument) Instead of checking the components/wiring on that specific circuit, they first asked me to purchase a new battery and "see how" and come back the next week if the problem persists (!) this is ridiculous! I even sent them a video with my multimeter showing the huge draw on fuse 1 line... By the way, the bike was purchased in their shop (KTM dealer at that time). I also bought last year a new battery from them. I would not waste money and kill a new battery just because they talk nonsense. So, I asked them to keep the bike and find out where exactly the short circuit was coming from. Finally, after 1 week, they WhatsApp me saying "that things are not as simple as it seems" (WTF?) then, they proposed me to rewire my auxiliary light for RM600 and installing another extra bla-bla-bla hub for RM200... (BUT acknowledged that they didn't check line 1... Outrageously dumb!) Before sending the bike, I tested the auxiliary lights, which are on fuse 8, a totally different line that does not have any parasitic draw at all ! I tested the fuse boxe ONE by ONE. They just BS me trying grab some extra cash... After such gross nonesense, I went the next day to their shop to take back my bike. When I arrived, bike dead. They didn't disconnect the battery or even remove the fuse 1. I purposely told them that there was a short circuit, but they let the battery die (over draining a lead-acid battery generates sulfation which is an irreversible damage).... I tried to start the bike, but it was totally dead. Zero cranking power. Luckily, I had my powerbank with me and managed to start the bike. I went directly to another shop, and based on my explanation, the technician managed to find the short-circuit in less than 10mn... (there was a broken component on line 1, as excpected!) If I would have trusted PlanetCycle's "charlatans" I would I waste more than RM1300 just for NOTHING! Those guys sold me the bike when they were still KTM dealer, now, they changed to Husky, so they couldn't order the spare part, they simply tried to charge me for a load of BS! Super Bros pretenders, but dishonnest to the core. Definitly banned.
