★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebersihan ok cuma keadaan barang terlalu lama dan agak menggelikan. Seperti carpet, alas kaki, alas meja makan kotor dan hitam. Dicadangkan supaya Tuan rumah dapat menukar atau mencuci carpet supaya nampak lebih bersih.
Tiada tuala disediakan.
Cleanliness is ok just because things are too long and a bit ridiculous. Like rugs, footwear, dirty and black dining tables. It is recommended that the landlord can change or clean the rug so that it looks cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imo, not worth the expensive price. None of the toilets have towel rack or hooks. Water pressure is low. 4 measly cups for the whole house. No air cond in the living room. Only 1 power supply in each bedrooms. And no extension cords. Bring your own extension cords or choose, between switching on the fan or charging your phones. They painted over some light switches so they can't be used. Only redeeming quality is the location, which is also a bust during raya, since all eateries along that area is closed.
