โ โ โ โ โ Agree the service is pretty poor. However as I don't see any other services in the area there is not much choice. I personally prefer to Lap Soon in Section 17 PJ but it is a bit far, especially, for a quick job.

โ โ โ โ โ They charge 1.20 per piece to scan. I got a shock. And the staff laughed at me. I told him it's day light robbery and he laughed further. Already running out of time. The machine broke down. And no staff was attending to it. Hopeless.

โ โ โ โ โ Im not someone who would take the trouble and time to write bad reviews but I am doing it this time because I have just had it with Platinum Printing house in Desa Sri Hartamas.You guys really suck. All the staff are hopeless and not helpful at all.. I used to frequent this place a lot but aft being ill treated by their staff like as though I owe them money I decided to stop going there. They're full of themeselves really! My recent experience I walked in and as usual no one greets you. I understand that their busy but even on occasions when they arent, its so dificult for them to aknowledge you, I never understand why is it so hard to just say hi. Afterall we're paying for your services. Anyway back to my recent experience. Walked in and asked if they do take pasport size pictures.
One staff's immediate reply without even giving me eye contact is "kena tunggu satu jam!" and went back to his work. I had to ask him do I need to wait one hour for you to take the pic or for it to process, and he replied 1 hour to take pic.. I wasnt surprise at all said thank you and walked off, at least have the curtosy to apologize. Oh well maybe thats too high of an expectation from their staff.9 This isn't the first time. Many many times since day one they always have very very bad customer service one of the worst I have encountered. They clearly only care about money..and even when u pay for their services full price no disc! They treat u like s**t. I didnt have much choice but to go back all these years because they're close by but Platinum Printing House I have had it with your teribble service.. Never will I step foot in your shop ever again.
And will never recommend this to place to anyone.
