★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you staying at PV3 and haven't got ur pass card, the security will not help you to access to ur floor. You have to wait for any residents who stays in the same building to open the door where you will enter the elevator as well as exiting the premise. I wonder what would happen if someone lost their card or anything happen to their card. What if someone sick or emergency occurs or something?!! What a sh*tty system and that must have been created by extremely dumb person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyuk Yin from Management office at Platinum Suites so disgustingly rude to the tenants. I was surprised to see the tone of language used towards tenants/customers she is incredibly rude and somebody need to teach her some manners. There is always a constant threat to cut-off access cards and being aggressive towards tenants. I received one patronising email from them but unfortunately nobody to complain to as directors are not visible (at least I can't find them).
Avoid renting at this condo if you're a tenant because it's really terrible place to stay considering you're paying 3500-6500 for a unit to be treated like this by the management office lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Platinum Teratai that developer doesn't care about the package as long the interior designer deliver. The aircon was half blocked by the wardrobe that installed by them also, and another unit at the corner of the living room. Where is their common sense? The "FIRE" hazard never in their mind as they install the 13amp power plug onto the wardrobe.
At the end of the day, Platinum tell me that they have delivered everything so they are not going to do anything at all.
What a looser developer!!
