They said the cover is suitable for the phone model, after I paid and changed it in front of the sale assistances but the cover is not fix to my phone. And they won’t let me to have refund money, they NEED me to choose another cover. There’s not my problem. If I bought the model wrongly no refund there’s correct. The problem is the sale assistances said that cover is fix to my phone so I bought it BUT at the end is not suitable. HOW COME NEED TO ME CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE INSTEAD OF REFUND MONEY TO ME? REALLY BAD SERVICES!

My new iPad screen is scratched permanently by one of the female employee with super long nail and she did not even try to tell and apologises. Why employee of gadget store can have very long nail? To work or beauty purpose? Jokes. Some more sell me wrong model of iPad casing and tell me it’s the correct model. One male employee who is almost a cheater, the tempered class for iPad is already defected in a very obvious look and he is still continue sticking it on my iPad which thinks the customer is blind or stupid. When I ask what’s the thing (defected area) on the tempered class, he act like he didn’t see which is so fake. The employee are just simply do the job and take salary for living. The worst experience in gadget store ever. What is the boss of the shop doing? Recruiting bunch of newbie to work? Even student can do better than them. 希望老板眼光可以继续加油 别请了混子来做工。你员工毁了多少人的电子产品 看看review都知道其实很多人中招?
