Employees are not friendly ... look at Customers like they want to make a fuss ... Customers ask questions but how to answer questions like they are lazy to serve Customers ... they feel unappreciated as Customers blah from there ... I don't know the staff or owner situ ... ? Bad Service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan layanan pekerja dengan melayan pelanggan dengan bermasam muka. Pekerja harus dilatih lagi untuk melayan pelanggan dengan baik. Kedai bagus banyak pilihan aksesori.
Extremely dissatisfied with employee service by treating customers with friendly faces. Employees need to be trained again to serve their customers well. A good shop has many accessories.

Bile anda ingin bayar menggunakan kad debit dan gagal membuat transaksi, pekerja itu memberi reaksi yang sangat teruk. " KAD BANK ISLAM ADE PROBLEM NI, KALU DOK LEH JUGAK SAYA MALAS DAH ". Mintak pekerje2 kedai untuk dapatkan latihan layanan customer selepas ni. Barang banyak kat kedai tapi pekerje kurang ajar!. Warranty hanya seminggu dan kalau barang tersebut rosak, it depends on condition for the replacement. Not like others gadget shop. Arguably this is the worst store in customer service. The way employees talk to customers like customers has no dignity. When you want to pay using a debit card and fail to make a transaction, the employee reacts very badly. "KAD BANK ISLAM ADE PROBLEM NI, KALU DOK LEH JUGAK SAYA MALAS DAH". Ask store employees to get customer service training after this. Lots of stuff at the store but the workers are rude !. Warranty is only one week and if the item is damaged, it depends on the condition for the replacement. Not like others gadget shop. TO THE OWNER OF THIS STORE PLEASE TAKE REACTION !!!!! Mase free main tiktok or whatever lah.. Nape tak study berkaitan kedai?? Owner kedai tolong ambil tindakkan sekiranya mahu kedai bertahan lama.. Jangan sia-siakan kedudukan kedai strategi bos.. Tolong bagi pekerja kursus cara pengandalian kedai, cara bercakap dengan customer, layanan terhadap costumer paling penting.. Please take action ASAP..
