Nice apartment with all the trimmings. easily accessible. Nice soft towels were ready, lots of space, great kitchen and erco everywhere. We had booked a nice promotional price, and our expectation was far exceeded. Small point ... it is better to clean under the beds.

Booked 2-Bedroom Executive Apartment on Agoda with the price of RM140 for a weekend stay in July 2020. Pros: 1. The price is very cheap for a four person accommodation on a busy weekend 2. The location is great! Near to tourist spot, walking distance to eateries (bubble tea street!) 3. In site parking was provided on first come first serve basis 4. Paid RM100 deposit through instant bank transfer on Saturday, received back my deposit on Tuesday. 5. The apartment is very clean! Cons: 1. Check-in was extremely terrible. The procedure supposed to be very simple. Call them, fill in details and send to the WhatsApp group, instant transfer RM100 deposit, get locker password and lastly walk to nearby locker to collect the key. However, the person in charge is very impolite and irresponsible. I had the worst check-in experience in my life. The contact number given in Agoda’s booking details belongs to Play Residence @ Golden Hill Cameron Highland. I was then given another phone number. When I called this number, the lady who picked up the phone was very rude. She then created a WhatsApp group with four other colleagues inside and asked me to fill in some details. Check in time starts from 3pm and we have informed them that we’ll be arriving at 4pm. When I’m waiting at the lobby, the lady never pick up my call until I get to reach one of her colleagues. The whole process is very mannerless and inefficient. They took ages to reply my messages and most frustratingly they NEVER pick up our call. I just realized there are many bad reviews with similar experience as mine on Google reviews, guess I am lucky enough as I managed to collect my key within one hour time. 2. Poor sound insulation. The sound from corridor is so clear, just like I am sleeping on the corridor 3. It was stated that the accommodation came with one double bed and two single bed. When we arrived, there was only one single bed with an extra mattress place on the bed. We need to put the extra mattress on floor. 4. The frying pan is so dirty or rusty OMG 5. There’s no curtain for the two single bed room, just a piece of plastic (or it’s the curtain? LOL). Can’t cover the window properly. 6. No WiFi and weak connection for TV. TV program stop in every few seconds. Despite these shortcomings, the overall condition for the apartment is good. However, the management, Cobnb is so rubbish that I will never come back again.

Poor management - Check-in experience was horrible, takes more than 3 hours to finish. The rooms weren't even cleaned on time (even though the check-in time is 3pm). To be fair, the room and food was decent.The staff were very good in handling the situation. Though given choice I wouldn't stay at this place again.

The mangement for the homestay does not book my slot for swimming pool so the security guard did not allowed me to enter the pool prior i made for booking. The management doesnt know that the pool need to be booked. Shame to management did not know the procedure in their homestay. The guard does not not even tolerate at all where the pool is still lots of space for people entering it. I will never come again to this residence for their bad hospitality. Thank you very much

Nice place and guarded safe for night stay near to the Golden Hills

We come with a large group of family and hoping adult and kids can swim in the pool. However they required swimming suit attire to be fully wear. As a muslim I’ve been wearing a swimming suit for the tops and bottoms. Then they told me my TUDUNG tak sesuai. This is a muslim country should have a bit common sense. The management ??. Will not come again and not recommend to those hoping can swim in their pool. Many others residency and hotel lenient about sop to swim in their pool.

Booked 14 Jan 2022. Person-in-charge at pool area are very RUDE!! If they talk nicely and politely we can accepted it. This is my 1st time cannot use the pool because of what I wearing that time. My TUDUNG & clothes are not acceptable for swimming. I truly NOT RECOMMENDED for MUSLIM people to stay here. NOT WORTH for what we have pay. This is a muslim country. The Management should have a bit common sense and MUST send your staff for a training to learn proper manners towards guest. The pool guards do not tolerate at all eventhough the pool only have 2 person in it. Definitely will not stay here again. Any other residencies are not strict at all and they provide better consideration on swimming attire. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

MUST NOT GO PLACE.. boooooo 1. Management rubbish 2. Security guard name Ashraf very very rude. He think he owned the place! Hahaha kesian.. 3. Swimming pool has curfew, 1slot per booking with duration 1hr 45mnts for 1DAY ONLY. Even pool kosong, security guard has no common sense to allow our kids to continue swim and ask us to book for tomorrow slot.. dan yang paling best, security (Ashraf) dgn gaya lagak kurang ajar, minta kami tinggalkan kunci rumah pada dia sementara kami pergi berenang.. Alasan - this is rules from the mgmt.. hahahaha very funny doh.. Never face this issue before ?.. house key is our privacy, never surrender to the stranger.. hell NO!.. NOT RECOMMENDED for family sebab rules and regulations to use facilities sangat sangat rubbish and security kurang ajar mcm kita duduk free. 4. Security is more like jaga harta-benda apartment instead of our safety. Semua seperti jilat management especially Ashraf ? Sangat membazir waktu dan duit kami untuk stay disini 3D2N di apartment 2bilik. Anak2 tak puas berenang.. (c/in: 4.5.2022 c/out: 6.5.2022) .. stay here gives us NIGHTMARE i/o good memories.. booooo
