β β β β β This is my first time playing bowling here. And then the customer service is so bad. when we are on second game, our screen was off suddenly because other customers who came later than us requested to the staff that they wanted our lane. And so the staff did it without informing us beforehand. We had to wait for them to explain only to tell that the other customers already booked for it. THE WORSE PART IS we booked for the game too! The staff and the other customers treated us badly without apologising. Very disappointed!

β β β β β The cheapest price I have ever paid for a bowling game. Maintenance is good. Lane doesn't have much technical issues. The only downside of this place is, the cafe is closed most of the time. Has to climb upstairs to purchase a bottle of drinking water. And the washrooms can be improved. Quite smelly most of the times.

β β β β β very rude staff, just wanna ask for help to take a pic but he just waze no with his hand and just walk away. can just say that you cant help or just said that you have a rule that cant take pic and be polite. place already nice but the staff spoil the mood
