★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaza 138 located right behind the Maya hotel.Can use Maya hotel entrance to go in. it has its own parking, alternatively open parking available between Maya hotel and British council. Walking distance to KLCC. it seems office lot can be rented at a reasonable price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location for corporate office set up and nearby to KLCC within walking distance. Though it's own parking is quite expensive, there is an open public car park with reasonable rates, just next to it.
