★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escalators between first and second floor is never fixed. And the air conditioning system here are constantly disrupted especially at second floor. Even smokers are allowed to smoke in the plaza. The car park at third floor is full of rubbish. The management is incompetent in managing the place. Problems like these was never solved for years. And lately because of covid, the securities aren't paying enough attentions and the let in people who don't wear proper mask. People who wears scarves as mask, or just a thin piece of fabrics is also allowed to get in. This is abomination.
