β β β β β It's in the middle of Kajang Old Town so not much to describe rather than it's much of an old school environment, not so much a problem to me, but somehow rather they should consider to upgrade this place, or just live with it for years to come.... as the same age...

Many shops with many choices. Also the telecommunications of all providers have their outlet inside. Atm machine to get cash and also parkson grand for higher standard purchasing. Eateries food oirt is available to furnish yourself when needed.
In short.... A lot can be done inside including watching movies with family.

β β β β β With the addition of Eco Plus, on top of the existing Parkson and Mr DIY in the building, it truly adds the charm to the place. Despite it's an old building, its location at the center of town really attracts shoppers from near and far. The area has experienced flooding a few times before. So, parking there can be a thing to be worried about. Apart from the basement parking, you can also park at one of the higher floors (including the building's rooftop Level 5). The parking entrance to go up is from the side of the building.

β β β β β Used to be a popular shopping mall in Kajang but in covid times like this only essential stores are open. There are a few telecommunications centers still in operation. There is also a CS supermarket (previously Giant), size maybe smaller but clean and goods well-arranged, reasonably priced. Except varieties can be improved
