★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't have parking spot for motorcycle/bike at here. Have to park at sidewalk or any spots that doesn't block the driveway. Don't mind paying the rate for the parking spot. Got summons by DBKL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As corporate offices go, it's quite poor and the car park is dark and gloomy with no life to level 3 basement and very poor signage for directions or out of the car park, to the autopay machine or even to the main lobby. There is no direct access that we could find from the car park to the main lobby without leaving the car park on foot and walking around the outside of the building to the main entrance. Not very user friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest, iconic and well maintained office building of Kuala Lumpur metropolitan city. It is the home to the famous lawyers firm M/s Tay and Partners. Also Herbalife Malaysia has its biggest office in the ground floor of this mansion !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has no musollah/prayers hall for muslim instead you can go to kwsp building (level 3) or ambank building to pray. The foodtrucks around here are cheap and quite delicious too. The weld got one too but it is very small and only fits 4-6 people at once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old derelict building that's seen better days. It's due for either a refurbishment or to be totally demolished and rebuilt.
Car park is limited and space is tight, though pricey like all car parks in KL. Somewhat removed from public transport but still accessible with the feeder buses.
Only plus point is the cheap rental and that's primarily because not many tenants still remain. Some floors are completely empty and you don't truly get the sense of it being safe.....
