Totally no responsibilities at all once got the contract.
No supervision and resulted in damaged to your properties
and act blur. Be careful your properties they will remove out
without informing you.
Nightmare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz beware of this fraud company one of the worst worst experience. They have no idea about what they are doing, initially looks good but once the renovation starts its a nightmare. They use the cheapest material which doesnot even last for 6 month. There is lot of damages from thr side but they dont except . There price is less so it attracts people but plz never ever go to this worst people. The boss is very worst even though we had 1yr warranty this idiot man never did the correction dragged the correction work and at the end will refuse to do saying 1yr is over . Boss is a big thief , useless person, he will never be in peace cheating people's hard earned money.

1. They broke our tiles, but we need to search for the tiles and pay for it ourselves to get it fix.
2. They screw up our alarm wire, but they are asking us to pay for inspection.
3. Wiring doesn't work properly because they connect wrongly.
4. Their contractor is inexperience and does not follow up closely on work progress.
Conclusion: rubbish company

Initially we got recommended by another house owner for their reasonable pricing.
But once the construction started, it was the WORST nightmare!!
1. Their sub-contractor did a terrible job with bad workmanship. Even left damage / cracks marks for you to discover yourself.
2. They show NO intention to be responsible for their mistake. During the renovation work, they used the wrong material for the job and did not inform us. So we actually requested them to find back the same material, but instead they ask us to supply for them to get it fixed. We really got stunned by how they responded.
3. After having all these issues, they can even ask for work progress claim!
My last advice to you, they might be cheaper than others but look what we had gotten into.
