★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist need to learn how to speak with manners. Customer service kot. Talk very harsh to customer..Dah sakit boleh lagi sakit rasa dapat receptionist macam ni. Doctor is okay. It just sometimes Dr need to listen to your patient first of the overall story before making any assumptions or comments. You dont know what the patient go through so dont quickly judge or make assumptions.
