There is a doctor but unfortunately he is more busy to attend his meeting rather than seeing a patient. Had to wait till 7pm to see the doctor....what if it's a dying patient. All the staff could say 'Sorry I can't do anything'... Hope this does not happened in the near future...Please improve your service...Meeting can be postponed but not someone's life!!! Keep that in your mind....

Staff was tad bit rude especially the young Malay girl wearing glasses. Please improve the way you talk and treat patient.

Klinik Perdana Medical Center Silibin, Ipoh..charging patient so expensively. I have seen the doctor checking the patient's occupation and rising cost from Rm40 to Rm60. each visit minimum charge rm80 at this pandemic time.

Doctors (Dr.Ali and Dr.Malik) knowledge with experience for all treatments, especially for skin diseases. Reading many of reviews here, it seems people did mix up with other PMC (Perak Medical Center) or other clinic nearby.

Not good service. Dr. Noreda didn't examine me and didn't even ask where is the pain. Just prescribed the medications. Not friendly and bad experience. Kindly change doctor with good experiences. Not lazy using phone when patient enter the room. Pharmacy staffs too late response. Preparing medicine for one patient so long.
