β β β β β Received these from my hubby for my birthday. I particularly like the cake how it was packed with nice ribbon. The cheesecake was really good. Bake with perfect texture and sweetness. Smooth but not too soft or dense. Definitely will order again for their burnt cheesecake.

β β β β β I ordered condolences floral wreath. Products as the picture, delivered on time same day. The delivery person/company however didnt know how to do the job. Delivery girl didnt introduce herself she is delivering flowers, she asked the recipient (deceased family) to come down pick up. I have put in location as 3rd Floor, Nirwxxxx. Deliverer keep asking recipient come pick up. Recipient had to ask delivery girl funeral wreath is to send up to funeral hall. There was no picture send to me to confirm delivered. You are in feelings, emotion business, good, happy or sad ...delivery company please be sensitive, be human.

β β β β β Customer service need huge improvement. Ordered few hampers, been told that the boxes as shown in their website are running out and they need to pack in a different size of box. As I don't want the 6 hampers look different in sizes, Customer service promised to send me pictures of the boxes.
Very disappointed that the CS didn't fulfil her promise and pack the hampers without sending me the pictures of the box. Ended up the hampers came in 2 sizes, and the hampers are for the company staffs (employees might feel that the company is being bias).
The other issue with the customer service is the delivery time. CS promised will let me know before the hampers leave their Ara Damansara warehouse, as I told her no one will be in the office, and I need to go to the office and wait for the driver. So a call before delivery will be appreciated to avoid the waiting time by the driver. Again another disappointment, CS didn't informed me when the hampers are out for delivery, when the driver called me, I have to rush to the office.
Another mistake is the amount of the invoice, emailed them to send the correct invoice but no reply so far.
They mistakenly charged me extra for the shipping fees, CS promised will refund me in my next order, and I am still waiting for that, WhatsApp them but their reply took whole day.
I have requested to talk to her manager, but she was giving excuses that her manager was busy.
Hampers are nice, but not the customer service who handle my order, unfortunately.

Seller was kind enough to accept my order and told me clearly that they will try their best but did not promise and guarantee the delivery will be on the same day since my order was a last minute. Surprise...surprise...that same night, I received a call from my happy BFF enjoying the cake I ordered for him. Thank you seller for your extra effort delivering my order even at night ?
