โ โ โ โ โ Bought an earring from SS2 branch. The attending staff was Intan. She told me that I can exchange if the gift was inappropriate due to the design. I found out that the earring was sharp due to the design that cause the recipient from wearing the earring. I brought it back to the branch only to find out that the exchange period was to be done within 7 days. Next time Intan, make it clear to your clients. Poh Kong, you lost a loyal supporter that has been shopping at your outlets for the last 15 years. Buy from Wah Chan instead, they are charging 215 per gram to 265 per gram at Poh Kong. This company don't deserve your money.

โ โ โ โ โ Weโre very satisfied with Poh Kong, SS2. We couldnโt find any parking so we decided to park at their own parking lot in front of the shop. The moment I signal my car, a Malay staff noticed me immediately and called out to the guard to remove the reserved parking signboard. Then the same Malay lady attended to us. Showed us many types of jewellery around the shop. She was very patient and friendly. Not pushy at all. We told her honestly we wanna see a few more jewellery shops in the same row first before deciding. She was still very friendly and also let us continue to park there even though we didnโt buy anything yet. After looking at two other shops, we decided that Poh Kongโs gold ring has the finest workmanship. We went back and bought the gold ring from Poh Kong. The Malay staff (think her name is Intan), gave us a very good price. She also helped us to download the Poh Kong app for future discounts. Weโre really satisfied with our purchase and made me want to buy from Poh Kong again. Do look for the only Malay staff there if you want good service.
