★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the otak-otak ikan and satar, very fresh and no fishy taste. Although they are not famous for keropok lekor, they taste really good too! Perfect layover spot for a cheap afternoon snack.

I have never heard of satar until coming to terengganu.
Satar is like fish cake which has a mild gingery and peppery taste to it. It's very hard to describe the taste you just have to taste it yourself. I am surprised that this thing doesn't taste very fishy. Instead it's savory.
I also tried one normal (ikan selayang) and one tenggeri otak otak. To be honest I couldn't differentiate them both. But both taste good. I would give 5 star if it's slightly moist. The ones I had was too dry and almost charred on one of the surface.
I also had one cendol jagung. Nothing to comment. It's pretty average only.
Over all, the owner is friendly, staffs are nice. If someone gets to try satar from other stalls kindly tell if this stall does make them better.
