★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc not in clinic by the time I went. At 10.00pm. I was wait almost 25min. Thn to call my name another 10min.very2 poor service the staff no smile at all. "sombong Sgt" very poor cleanness.

The doc is talking so rude and the medicine all old version...When the nurse call my name to give the medicine adoiiiii she behave like animal because she throw the medicine on the table....I don't blame this poliklinlik penawar but I wanna share the experience that I received at there....Please Be aware Guyss....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest clinic I ever went. Went twice in cosecutive 2 days, said I was just common flu as the thermometer can't detect my fever (36.4 shown), even medicine given was NOT effective at all. Just found out I was diagnosed with Influenza A but not common flu at private clinic, with high fever of 39.5 degree celcius. And also just found out the medicine given is very very very old version no wonder it doesn't work at all!
I don't blame this clinic (Poliklinik Penawar) doesn't provide Influenza A test, but at least give some real care and conscience toward patient but not just for earning money. If this Poliklinik Penawar is not my company's appointed clinic, I would never go again. Wasted and even suffered for 2 days high fever but always being told just common flu and no fever. Although I have told the doctor might be Influenza A because people around me have diagnosed with it. The doctor seemed did not care and gave some "??" statistic to me, means that not easy to get Influenza A.
In short, this poliklinik is not recommended.
