★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selalu dapatkan rawatan kat sini untuk anak-anak di hujung minggu.
Doktor pun baik, nurse-nurse pun ok, klinik pun cantik.
 always get kat treatment here for the kids on the weekends.
The doctors are good, the nurses are ok, the clinic is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktor di klinik ni bagi tau sy tak pregnant walaupun upt test tunjukkan 2 line. Sgt kecewa masa tu. Siap doktor tu nasihatkan kalau nak pregnant turun dulu berat badan. Tapi sy tak puas hati. Lepas tu sy terus ke klinik hidayah seberang jalan jalankan ujian upt sekali lg. Doktor di sana kata sy pregnant. Terang2 kata nya ada 2 line. Alhamdulillah anak sy yg doktor Ar Razi kata tiada tu pun dah berusia setahun skrg. Sejak tu mmg tak pernah lg pegi Klinik Ar Razi.
The doctor at this clinic knows that she is not pregnant even though the upt test shows 2 lines. Very disappointed at that time. The doctor is ready to advise if you want to lose weight first. But she is not satisfied. After that, I went straight to the guidance clinic across the street to do the upt test once again. The doctor there said she was pregnant. Terang2 kata nya ada 2 line. Alhamdulillah, the son of doctor Ar Razi said that he is not even one year old now. Since then, I have never been to Ar Razi Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First & last time dah dapatkan rawatan di klinik ni.Dr & staff tak mesra alam...very bad service.kami pergi kami bayar ye.bukan tak bayar...saya pon kerja dalam medical line tapi tak pernah treat patient macam ni?
First & last time I got treatment at this clinic. Dr & staff are not environmentally friendly ... very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here multiple times. The place is clean and well maintained. There’s a playroom for children too. Parking is limited so maybe you have to walk a bit. Good experience with the doctors, they were friendly and they communicated well. The customer service, though, should definitely be improved, otherwise more potential customers will turn away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go there. I met the most rudest staffs there. The staffs that work in counters lack moral. They are extremely racist. They siap panggil indians “keling “ and chinese babi. I swear they are the most rudest person i met in my entire life. The doctor there also comes very late. And they always give the wrong diagnosis so most patients have to get a double confirmation in another clinic because of their incompetency.
1. Extremely rude
2. Very racist staffs that call individuals keling and babi
3. Always give the wrong diagnosis
4. Drs never check patients correctly
5. A waste of time as they are always late for their job
6. Charge very expansive despite their service is very poor.
Better go to another clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope the front desk staff should be replaced. Their attitude is very bad, unethical, unappropriate and disrespectfull. I like to go Poliklinik near my place but with very disrespect way treating patient makes me think twice. This is not the first complaint I have heard or read. Please replace them, with this kind of staff will taint your clinic reputation.
