★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist pemalas. Tak nak chek micare punye website or call to check. Why not do your job properly? Da la klinik sll tutup and then pergi rehat kate blk 1.30 but 1.45 br ko blk. Ingt semua org free sgt ke nk tggu uolls? Pastu xnk terima lak medicard org without checking. Wth.
 The lazy receptionist. Don't want to check your website or call to check. Why not do your job properly? He closed the clinic and then took a break at 1.30 but 1.45 br. Want all the free people to go to the week? Must be able to accept medicard org without checking. Yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude clinic. Don't even want to check with Micare. I myself called Micare to verify that they are in the list, and the Micare requested to speak with PIC, they refused to even talk with the Micare rep. Very rude. I will report to Micare to remove them from their panel clinic. WTH!!!!If you don't trust me, why don't you call Micare yourself. After I blah from this clinic, I went to Safri & Hamimah and this Safri & Hamimah called Micare and confirmed that my medical card is accepted..So I would say this poliklinik is not only rude but also laaaaazy. WHY DON'T YOU CALL MICARE YOURSELF!!!!!Plus not punctual, said open at 1.30pm but till 1.40pm just open..Please don't go to this rude and lazy clinic. Plus, it looks like a old gloomy ghost clinic!!!!
