★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple visits to this clinic generally attended by good doctors and staffs but today unfortunately attended by Dr Peter Dang who personally I don't recommend. D3 fever and suddenly develops rashes not even bother to look at the rashes or ask question on the rashes and any other bleeding tendencies. Took BP but I am not even confident that was the correct reading since the way he auscultate the lugs was doubtful. Haven't even took my breath yet moved the stethoscope to other regions how he can comment good..?♀️?♀️?♀️Straightaway went for cap blood test for fbc n plt count still normal but more to lower side. Asked to come again tmr for repeat blood test which fair enough. Given calamine lotion.. What for ?♀️?♀️?♀️ but refused since u have the right to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are not really professional, is like they don't have any medical background, and like they don't learn how to service patients.
They open this clinic with the high expectations to customers, with expensive charges, some electronic system applied, 24 hours open, that is good for our country. But when come to the poor service, then people come to judge. Please improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday went to this clinic really emergency my brother cannot breath.After that i will respect the dr because dr come from the clinic check my brother dr ask me to register.When i went to The staff are not really professional,very irrespossible is like they don't have any medical background, and like they don't learn how to service patients.
They open this clinic with the high expectations to customers,system But when come to the poor service, then people come to judge. Please improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for DR Tengku, 0 star for DR Wong. Because why? When i had a panic attack she said to me “ apa yg you nak takut sangat ? “ is this how you treat your patients , are even a doctor? While DR Tengku very soft and understanding. I love her and always request her whenever I need help for my sickness. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Staff are not friendly at all especially a Ms Fatihah if thats her real name. Rushed my grandmother to the clinic as she was having very severe headache and very high Blood Pressure 188/79. As i registered my grandmother no one seemed to care that her pressure was high. Nurse said kena tunggu lah, ada 6 patient lagi dan kita ada satu Dr saja. After waiting for about 45mins i went up to the receptionist just to ask how many more patients before we get to see the Dr. And Ms Fatihah didnt even bother to look at me and continued to do her work. Again i asked sorry puan just nak tanya berapa patient lagi ye sebelum nenek saya. And she rudely answered you nak apa ye. Like as if my grandmas health was a burden to her. And we were not the only ones who were treated like that. Another patient came in with their elderly mom. I suppose she was quite ill. And nobody attended to them. I think the sons got inpatient and carried their elderly mom into the car and drove off. One more brought in his wife who had fallen down and injured her head. He was asking the nurses that his wife has fallen and is quite faintish and unable to walk and in feeling faint. They again told him kenna tunggu. I will be sending in an official complaint to KKM (CKAPS).ACT 586 section 38 emergency treatment and services. Definitely nobody in Clinic Dinar cares about Emergencies.
