★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is your first visit to this poliklinik, ask the receptionist when you will be seen because they take phone appointments first. You must wait for hours for your turn, and the staff never informs you about this. Overall the doctor was quite good just the management issues.
I hope this information is useful to anyone who are considering going for the first time.
