 Good doctor, customer friendly despite waiting almost an hour from the time the clinic opened. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf kaunter x friendly. x sistematik, customer isi borang lambat blakang kena que lama untuk daftar. xde kotak letak ic. xbagi masuk sebab demam walau cakap dah buat 2 kali test kat rumah. kalau cakap baik2 sugest buat kat situ ke boleh je aku acept tapi cara cakap buat aku naik angin je terus blah la??♂️
Counter staff x friendly. x systematically, customers fill out the form slowly but it takes a long time to register. xde ic placeholder box. xbagi came in because of a fever, even though I said I did 2 tests at home. if you say well, suggest that you do it there, I can accept it, but the way you say it makes me wind up, keep blah la??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat lambat nak tunggu appointment pun. Datang 9:20 am staff kaunter bagitau pukul 10 am baru Dr ada. Bila dah tunggu sampai pukul 10am, cakap 10:30 am baru Dr available, ada home visit. Lain kali takyah buka awal awal la kalau Dr tak available. Hormat masa pelanggan.
It's too late to wait for an appointment. Came at 9:20 am, the counter staff told me that at 10 am, Dr was there. If you have waited until 10am, say 10:30 am when Dr is available, there is a home visit. Next time, don't open early if Dr. is not available. Respect the customer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the clinic last night around 10 pm due to i have allergic reaction (eczema) and mild asthma attack due to my pregnancy.
Unfortunately the clinic rejected my visit with reason that i came from KL (covid 19 issue) and the doctor didn't even bother to atleast see or ask about my condition or atleast give some advice of what medication that i can take to ease the reaction and asthma.
I am fully aware of the current situation and how concern everyone of the covid-19 situation, but i came to the clinic wearing face mask and i believe all clinics has been given SOP from the MOH on how to handle patients during covid-19 where patients need to fill in the declaration form and wear face mask and also the staffs at the clinic should wear PPE while handling patients.
I'm just terribly disappointed of how can a clinic/doctor rejected a patient just like that in the middle of the night where 24hours clinics are hardly to find.
