★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attend to this clinic for scan wife preggy,ask the price from frontline staff.the estimate price giving around RM 40/50.(malay ladies wearing glass answer with doubt face which is actually she can go n ask the doctor,which is sit just next door only for the actual price if she not sure. #LAZY)proceed.done scan.without consultantcy or any single advise, he(doctor)just only say OK2 after my wife ask about our baby condition.we left that room.after want to pay bill increase from RM40/50 up to RM65.not happy(feel been cheated),we ask the reason.the reason given from that staff is BCOZ THEY GIVE US BBY PHOTO N CONSULTANCY FROM DOCTOR!!what a nonsense?Y u guys never tell us from the beginning the actual price?how u guys do a job?then ask we to see doctor if not believe it.already see doctor back also same thing goes.the answer from doctor say frontline staff mind level/knowledge not high is unacceptable reason for me.if true,then u should teach them more lah.the thing is not about BELIEVE OR WHAT! but u as a FRONTLINE staff, U need to be more productive n give more responsiblity to your cstmr.dont take easy when answer/handling question from us.#THINK HOW U FEEL IF U AT OUR FEET!
