★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse klinik ever....brought my dad here after 10pm because of an emergency (as a dr I know it's a emergency situation) but the worse things is the dr refused to see my father as it's their shift changing time asked to wait another 30min plus until the next dr come (this is what the working staff informed me as behaved if the dr) in case of emergency every second counts no such nonsense that a dr can't see patient after their working hours even when you sitting inside the room. I had to be bring him to another clinic which is 24 hr where he was referred immediately to a hospital. That's how an clinic and a dr should act and work as it act a 1st level screening center. Pls be more considerate the next time....and management pls take note of this. (Incident happens on 6th July 11 pm)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly but somehow gave FALSE INFORMATION. I asked for female doctor, and yes they do have but for certain period of time only. But the staff insist for me to register and wait for more than 1 hour, for consultation with the male doctor (as they are going for a 1 hour break at that time), saying that the assistants are females and they can assist the doctor accordingly. Then when my turn came, I entered the consultation room, and the doctor said the assistants cannot assist much for my case as they are not of medical background. Yeah, the staff at the registration counter has SUCCESSFULLY WASTE MY PRECIOUS 1-HOUR TIME last night. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To dr komala, u are the WORST doctor available in this clinic. U make patient waiting for nearly 30 minutes while there is not many patience in the clinic and is not your break time as i check with nurses.komala, the way u treat patient is literally unprofessional and very rude. To other people reading this, im not recommended to go this clinic. Worst ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular clinic that is a panel for a lot of insurance providers and businesses. You can expect the usual crowds as a result of this. Generally locum doctors who most seem to be there just to fulfill their hours. Very poor people skills and very little effort towards diagnosing patients properly. You will receive treatment based on the symptoms you present with regardless of other medical conditions or symptoms that you may have had. Service is generally alright. Newer staff are a little frustrating to have to interact with because they're not familiar with the system and sometimes provide inaccurate information. Convenient but not my top choice for actual patient care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible try to go here when Atifah is on duty. She is a great doctor, conscientious and listens well to patients. She is knowledgeable and is able to put patients at ease. A pleasant surprise after some of the other doctors I've received treatment from here.
