★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly doctors. Male and female doctor. Both are friendly. The clinic, equipments, and the restroom are clean. Their doctor always be the earliest to arrive at the clinic every morning compare to other clinics nearby. Waiting lobby is sufficient for 22 people with A/C and stand fan. Pricewise i can't compare since I got it covered by the insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KNOW YOUR PATIENT BEFORE YOU ASK THEM TO OUT OF THE CLINIC
I went to the clinic today due to chest and back pain where makes me feel uneasy when breathing (simple word: rase cam masuk angin)..
I informed the nurse at the reception about my issue..without second thought she asked me where are u from..I told her that I'm from Sarawak..The next question was did u do swab test.. I told yeah I do swab test regularly since I am working at Offshore..She asked for my last swab test result and I showed it to her.
The nurse straight away took my IC and went in to see the doctor..In a minute, the nurse came out and told to me that "Doctor bagitau tak boleh tengok sebab u ade shortness of breath, so kena gi government hospital". I tried to explain to her that its not shortness of breath, its different. She don't attempt to talk or explain to me anything and she just told to me "sorry, terima kasih"
I straight went to different clinic around the area and I told exactly about my issue to the doctor...The doctor examine and told it's because of gastric.nothing to worry..
The difference in both scenario was how the nurse and doctor understand on your health issue..
I'm realy disappointed with hospitality in *Poliklinik Kemaman*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best dermatologist clinic in Kemaman. Doctors know their patients.
Price iinm around RM65 for antibiotics + cream. I don't mind the price as long as I get the best quality of service.
To improve:
Maybe can install patients name@number led. So that nurse doesn't need to shout it out loud for each patients
