★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. On Sunday we have came here at 1pm the receptionist said Doctor went for break and they ask me to come after 2pm. We came back 3pm something the same receptionist told me the registration closed and ask me to come back tomorrow morning. You guys really the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kumar is the most dedicated and approachable Dr .very concern of his patients. But the only negative point is the nurses/assistants. Pls be more professional in handling queries and apply politeness. At times they even overshadow the doctor?. The staffs' image cld tarnish the Dr's good reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean environment, comfortable temperature with aircond facility, using Queue Management System in queue area, not the best system but it's working and I can get all needed instructions over there, such as which room to get inside, when is my turn to get my medicine.
Quite a lot of patients in the clinic, though everyone behave well. I personally will bring my book everywhere, read while waiting. So I don't think there are long waiting time for me.
Dr. Kumar is very kind, he listen patiently about my health condition, understand my case and give proper advice. He is a good and friendly doctor. Will come back again if unfortunately I sick again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic in dec 2021 for acne issues. I have been suffering with hormonal acne for almost 3 years and that broke my confidence alot. With just 1 visit, Dr Kumar prescribed me with 1 month antibiotics, pimple cream and a suitable face wash and tadaa, my skin is now clear like anything. I should have made the visit much earlier. Thanks alot DR Kumar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Dr. Kumar and his wife Dr. Kani are really good, very humble, helpful and polite. They show genuine care when treating their patients. The clinic is almost always extremely busy because of their great service, hence be prepared for a long wait or calls going unanswered.
