★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very very expensive. Just for dengue test and paracetamol charge rm110. Kit price is rm30 and consultation is rm20. Then paracetamol is rm70 ke? This is so cruel. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience. After visiting this clinic several times before, this one would be my last one. I came with a normal fever, and the doctor blatantly confirmed that i had no fever. Told her that i already took panadol, then she just nodded. Continued with the regular checks, nothing much(cough, flu etc). Then, she said she would give me antibiotic to go home with. When the bill came, the nurse provided with not just the antibiotic, but additional 5 more medicines which were unnecessary considering for my so-called “no fever”! And charged me RM189, again for my “no fever”! Ughh i never thought doctors could be so low... No worries, plenty of better professional, and affordable clinic options these days. Tq for your disservice.

I came to visit this clinic to get the necessary treatment and the doctor (Hazwani Abd Halim) was trying to argue with me that i ve no fever to be treated and sarcastically mentioned that she has no idea of what kind of med she needs to give. So unprofessional!! No wonder you got ur MD from USU, Medan Sumatera.
Rude doctor & unfriendly staffs .
Will never visit this clinic again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor norshamsiah is very not welcoming doctor and a bit rude. Soalan pertama dia ckp ' ha sakit apa?' Cuba la cakap baik2. Org lain pun penat juga kerja .Then she cont said 'ok sy bg ubat... but then without explaining what type of medication she will give to me. And i just sat overthere waiting for what further she want to said but regardless its end there without saying any thank you or you may go or etc. No wonder kerja klinik. Klu kerja hosp tu confirm kena sound ngn specialist . First and last coming there, bad attitude
