★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya,wife and ank2 mmg tiap kali sakit mesti ke sini sbb semua doktor baik2 dan chek betul2..tpi kali ni budak melayu kat kaunter sgt2 buat saya x puas hati dgn cara cakap dia..bill saya rm48.saya bgi duit rm50..dia boleh ckp x der duit kecik ke?saya ckp x ada.padahal rm50-48 baru balik rm2..x kan x der rm2..dia boleh ckp biasa patient dtg bawa duit kecik..kenyataan yg x masuk akal pada saya..kita sebagai patient mmg perlu bawa duit kecik dulu ke sblom gie klinik?bukan tugas klinik ke yg perlu sediakan duit kecik?dah la saya sakit mata dia suruh titik kat telinga..saya ckp saya sakit mata bkn telinga..tpi india kat kauter tu bagus..terangkan kat saya yg ubat titik tu 2 dlm satu..lps tu budak pompuan tu ckp kat india tu.."tdi doktor ckp sakit telinga"doktor plk disalahkan...minta pihak klinik ajarlah staff awak beradab sikit..
 My wife and NK2 MMG every hospital must follow all the doctors here and check betul2..tpi baik2 times ni kat Malay slave counter GT2 for me x unhappy with the way I talk dia..bill rm48.saya BGI money rm50 .. he can ckp x der small money to me? i ckp x there.pay rm50-48 just returned rm2..x can x der rm2..he can ckp normal patient to bring small money .. statement that makes sense to me .. we as a patient need to bring a little money to the clinic before? is it not a clinical task to provide a small amount of money? good .. explain to me who took the medicine 2 points in one..lps the boy who pumped it in india .. "not doctor ckp ear" doctor blamed ... ask the clinic to teach your staff a little civilization ..

This clinic is really difficult for me to take the cabbage. I asked pape, it's difficult. I'm still at the counter, I'm too lazy to take the cabbage.

Klinik Norbi doktor² bagus n berdedikasi tp bdk melayu n india kt kaunter trlalu teruk..ramai dh komplain psl bercakap ngan patient out..xde bahase n nk buka or tutup sesuka hati..
Sy antara org yg dh smpai klinik jam 11.40pg n last patient dr 2 org mase tu..boleh bdk melayu n india tu kluar ckp dh x boleh jmpa doktor n suruh sy dtg jam 2ptg...? Dtg jauh² n soh balik sbb katenye d(nk kluar makan..) ko rase ape ekk kne tggu dekat 3jam

Norbi clinic dedicated doktor² nice but cf. n n melayu india Too teruk..ramai dh kt counter complaint PSL speak only the language of the patient out..xde n nk open or closed at will ..
Sy between org dh clinic hours until last patient 11.40pg n dr 2 org melayu brother tu..boleh cf. n india tu dh x can talk out jmpa doctor sy n order came at 2pm ...? Dtg jauh² n soh balik sbb katenye d (nk kluar makan ..) ko rase ape ekk kne tggu dekat 3jam
Clear operating hours ² write 9 am-1pm n sy dtg 11.40am tp dh x can jmpe doctor ...?

Fair ke .. aduh .. dah lah duk quarantine xbole keluar rumah xakan lah nak gi terus untuk pertanyaan ??? Frontliner busy sangat ke sampai 7 hari turut2 cal pun xnak jawab .. worstttttttttt
Worst of all, I want to ask about the antigen, why did the person after quarantine from singapore answer 2 .. then did you approve this clinic? Fair ke .. aduh .. dah lah duk quarantine xbole keluar rumah xakan lah nak gi terus untuk soalan ??? Frontliner is very busy for up to 7 days, even if you want to answer .. worstttttttttt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is soo rude. Have been trying to call but always go to voicemail. When I come to the clinic, they just chase me away. The staff told me to get an appointment before coming. But they are the one that does not pick up call.
