Went to the clinic at 12p.m with my newborn. Receptionist kata dah tutup registration.
In that case, tulis dekat depan clinic tu close at 12pm not 12.30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short waiting time. And dr saiful explains well and very reassuring. Doctor very professional and soft spoken . affordable consultation fee as well. Bit difficult to find parking sport, but worth the visit.

End up, my son is getting better now. Thank you Dr saiful
Price is way cheaper than other paediatrician in my area.
The only limitations is, hard to find parking..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumbs up: short waiting time. Had 4-5 parents queing before our turn in the clinic, but was called in to see the doctor in less than 10mins
Not so great: very short consultation, 3mins, was not offered to be seated, and doctor seems hurry to finish conversation, didnt allow any q&a, didnt address parents anxiety regarding a sick newborn. Parking is difficult to get around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My baby 3 month cough cause effect after positive covid. Doc just give cough medicine syrup for my baby. My husb ask boleh ke baby makan ubat? Doc answer with belagak tone, i kalau tak makan ubat mcm mana nak baik? Then after 3 days he asked to come back if still no changes. On the 3rd day my baby hard to breathe. He ask go to hospital. To refer further. After check my baby need to admit 4 days cause lung infection (maybe effect batuk dah lama). Doc at hospital said not suggest for baby bagi ubat batuk. Should be give antibiotic! How could you can say “Pakar kanak kanak” kalau doc hospital cakap mcm ni? You play with nyawa okay!
