★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Their own doctors and staffs give contradicting information. Did not explain properly on what certain packages are for and just charge customers recklessly and that too very expensive when we could have actually done 3 separate PCR tests which comes with a complete report only if we were informed much earlier on what we would actually get out of their so-called "packages". Informed that we can come again for PCR later and get it for free just to shut us up and now end up saying we will still get the same report and threaten to not give a Dr MEMO! So unethical!

I have called this clinic at 1 pm something to confirm that my sister (16yo) and my brother (13yo) can get booster shots (under 18yo). The female staff on the phone said yes, and told us to go before 3 o'clock. After we arrived, we waited for half an hour and no staff came to greet us. Later, the male staff asked us to fill out a questionnaire and confirmed that they could give my brother and sister an 18-year-old booster shot. After waiting for more than half an hour, the doctor said that the vaccine could not be vaccinated, saying that it was not open yet. Later, I showed her the phone records and it showed that we had a called before. The doctor said it was not the phone number of their clinic. I called the number and the front desk phone of the clinic rang. The doctor is there to blame all the staff. They didn't even say an apology to us. This clinic is very irresponsible and the service attitude of the doctors and staff is very poor. Please don't come to this clinic. Really a clinic without trust. I don't even want to give a star. This clinic need to close and retrain all staff. Otherwise it will really hurt people. BS clinic. ?
