★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trash service from front desk. Why doctor ask about where patient work when it's not related to patients' case??? That's because they're gonna throw tons of meds to you and tell u to pay for it when you're just feeling slightly uncomfortable!! This is the first time we are paying so much money for one simple visit!!!
Also. Printing the receipt takes about an hour. What a freakin joke in 2020.

I’ve been made a booking for booster for my family member from mysejahtera on 26Mar, 1pm. When I arrived at the clinic, the staff told me I hv to wait for 7 ppl then they’ll start for vaccination, now they only got 2 ppl, according to the staff they said, if today not enough 7 ppl for vaccination I hv to wait until tmr. If the day after tmr is still not enough 7 ppl, then I hv to wait for another day. The staff keeps giving me a lot of explanation, doctor hv to rehat lah, setakat ni memang macam ni lah, you hv to faham us lah, blablabla... If the doctor hv to rehat why opening for booking on 1pm? I took booster b4 but never happened like this. Yes, I faham you, but who gonna faham us? Sound ridiculous, I arrived based on mysejahtera date&time, but I hv to keep coming back to the clinic and wait until 7 ppl? I felt very curious at that moment, seems like I ady booked from mysejahtera, and the staff keeps suggest me to book for another clinic. Besides, from mysejahtera the vaccine type is Pfizer but when I arrived at the clinic the staff told me they only provide AZ. I was like??? Then what is the purpose of booking on mysejahtera? As my suggestion, if you're having a lot of time or don't mind taking different vaccine types do book this clinic. Sekian terima kasih.
