★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posting this review for my parents. When came in first time, my parents asked the staff and already mentioned that they need their medical checkups done fast for Hajj. They went to the clinic thinking it would be faster than the public hospital, and since nobody said otherwise, they assumed that it would be a speedy process and that they would receive their results the next day. These are simple urine and blood tests, other clinics would’ve been done with the results the next day. Not only nobody said that it would take longer than my parents expected (could’ve gone to the hospital instead if they knew which would also be ALOT cheaper), they charged hefty amounts. The price went from RM700++ to RM800++ without any details for the price increase, but since my parents were in a rush to get them done ASAP to report back to Tabung Haji, they thought they would just let it pass. We called next day asking for results and they told us they would be done in the next 3 days. Angry is an understatement. Amazing that it’s convenient for them to mention the timeline AFTER we’ve already made the payment. Just to clarify again, parents asked and noted the urgency of the matter when coming in. Lying by omission is still lying. During puasa (it’s Ramadhan now) for people wanting to do ibadah? Great job.
